Jean Phillips

As a real estate industry executive, Jean has worked in the real estate and construction industry for more than 20 years. Prior to joining Douglas Elliman, Jean was involved with various commercial development projects that included office, mixed-use, and senior living. She continues her strengths by leasing retail space, sourcing off-market properties for developers, and seeking opportunities for private investors. Jean’s approach to serving clients is that each is unique. Whether a buyer or seller of commercial properties, Jean is focused on maximizing profit for the seller and finding the perfect space for the buyer.
