Jean Sehic is a professional Realtor specializing in unique fine estate properties; foreclosure, short sale negotiations and probate distribution. She is a Certified with NAVY Fed and USAA, is a Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES) and Certified as an Investor Agent Specialist (CIAS). Licensed in California as a Realtor, she is an Ordained Minister and a Notary Public and is certified as a VCDS Court Mediator.

As a project manager, Jean gained significant construction experience in real estate and development by working closely managing each subcontractor, time, efficiency, and costs on large residential additions.
