Jeanie Clinton has been buying and selling real estate since her days in college. As a junior accounting major at Ole Miss she purchased a duplex and a four-plex, renovated the properties and rented out five units and lived (rent-free) in one. When she graduated two years later, she sold the properties for a very nice profit and used that money for a down payment on her first home in New Orleans. From those very first purchases and drawing on her expertise in buying, renovating and selling her own investment properties, she made "official" what comes naturally by getting her license and becoming a part of the Latter & Blum team in 1994.
