· Once we talk, or meet, I WON'T be passing you off to a rookie agent. I will personally help you list your home, or find the perfect home for you to purchase.
· Once we have listed, or you have a contract on a home for purchase I WON'T pass you off to a Closing Coordinator. I personally handle the logistics of every step of the sale through to a successful close.
· Once you begin working with me, you WON'T be transferred to anyone else because I don't have an Admin Assistant. I answer my phone and if I can't, I return calls within a few hours. I am also technically connected via text or email so if you prefer that means of communication, I will accommodate that as well, with lightening fast responses. You will see that I am not just a Monday thru Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Realtor. You get me 24/7 if that is what you need.
· Once you work with me, you get me, just me. Hard working, dedicated, smart and results oriented. My business is built on building relationships with my customers and that WON'T happen if I don't PERSONALLY WORK FOR YOU!
