I think one of the things I love most about this business is helping someone find their perfect home! I specialize in working with buyers and especially first-time homebuyers. It is my goal to educate buyers throughout the entire process, whether they're buying a normal sale, a short sale or a foreclosed property. I will always be 100% honest with you about a particular property, and give you some important things to consider regarding price, property taxes, location, condition, etc. before you decide it should be "your home". I want you to be happy here for a very long time, as well as consider your future needs and goals. Some of my best advice to a buyer has been to "walk away" from this house!You should know as a buyer client that I have chosen to surround myself only with like minded "team members" who are here to help you every step of the way! Starting with highly competent lenders, caring attorneys, and diligent home inspectors... Professionals who like me, will be nice to you, return your phone calls, and always answer any questions you may have throughout the process! I am and we are 100% committed to helping YOU! I have never aspired to be one of the "top producing" agents in my area, yet my business has grown year after year. I firmly believe in quality of service versus quantity and never want to be the biggest agent in town...just the best I can be for you! Some people ask me about my statistics all the time, how many millions of dollar in homes I have sold, how many transactions, etc. But to me, my clients and their homes are not statistics. They are people and families, with hopes and dreams...who happen to be looking to buy or sell a home. I am upfront and honest about my production with potential sellers. I have a very low cancellation/expiration rate when it comes to my listings. I successfully close almost all of the homes I do list. Your home becomes "my home" and I truly care about your success.
