Jeanne Gordy worked closely with us for months before the move and advised us as we made repairs. She had the house deep cleaned and staged it beautifully. We had two offers the day of the Open House and more the next day. We sold the house above asking price. This was months before the recent spike in real estate prices, so it was quite unexpected. She was very helpful with the closing.
