Amazing experience from a Military family . My husband was retiring from the Air Force and we were trying to find our “forever home” in Spokane. The place where our story began 29 years ago. The only obstacle was that we were still living in Hawaii at the time. My Dad had found Jeanette though an internet search and she seemed like the perfect fit, and we were right! Jeanette was a prior military spouse and she knew exactly what we were going through. Between a trip to Spokane, and many phone calls, emails, and video home tours (with a three hour time difference ) Jeanette was able to help us find a home we loved.
We highly recommend that you choose Jeanette as your realtor. Her expertise, knowledge of the area, and willingness to advocate for you should you run into any obstacles, make her the perfect person to help you find your “forever home”, even if you live across the Pacific!!

Experienced realtor who knows her stuff and will look for things that you wouldn’t know to look for. I’ve worked with three different realtors and Jeannette is by far the best. She has your families interest at heart and will make you don’t miss important test to run on your home.

Purchased a home from England with Jeannette as our realtor. As first time home buyers the process was daunting. Jeannette went above and beyond at every step of the way to make us feel comfortable with the process and we couldn't be happier with our new home. I plan to recommend her to any and all friends I have moving to the area.

This is our second time working with Jeannette. During a rather slow period we finally got an offer as a VA loan assumption. Jeannette went above and beyond dealing with difficult buyers and a supbar mortgage servicing company. We closed in just over 60 days. Wealth of Experience. In this day of everyone and their brother being a “real estate agent”, it is nice to have that person who is experienced and knowledgeable. We were put in a strange situation with my fathers passing, my aunts house needing to be sold, and we lived in Texas. Swoop in the Mary Poppins of Spokane Real Estate. Great advice in a shifting market. Jeanette was my agent for the sale of my home in Nine Mile Falls Wa. I was very busy with work but wanted to sell early in the 2023 season. She assessed the property, did a very thorough and relevant market analysis, and helped me prioritize and schedule the steps required to sell the house in a soft market. It sold for full price in a day. I would highly recommend her as a listing agent or to assist in a purchase.

Knowledgeable and Thorough. Jeanette was introduced to us through our lending agent. She is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She is able to answer any and every question we came up with. She went through every step we would be taking before we even started. Jeanette did a walkthrough and suggested a few things to do before we list the house for sale. I believe doing this helped sell the house a lot faster. She had recommendations for different people to do the work and the prices were reasonable. Once we were ready to list she let us know when the listing went live! Within a few moments of going live Jeanette was recommending an open house the following day. She put together a spreadsheet so we could easily look over the offers we received. With all the work we did before listing the house the repairs needed after the inspection were minimal! All in all I would highly recommend Jeanette for your real estate needs! She goes out of her way to make sure the process is as painless as it can be.

Absolutely Wonderful. This woman is amazing! She delt with so much, including my impatient attitude at times. I changed what I was doing so many times during my house hunting and she always went way out of her way to help. Jeannette helped me sell my mom's house quickly in a stagnant market, in order to access funds for her care, by highlighting the home's value to perspective buyers without decreasing my asking price. Jeannette handled all the related business needs for me since I was located out of state. She went above and beyond to ensure I got the most profit on the house. I ended up getting six offers the first week the property was listed with all offers, but one, at or above asking price. We closed in less than a month from listing. Jeannette Karis extremely exceeded our expectations of a good realtor. From our very first visit she was warm without being obsequious. She never told us what she thought we wanted to hear, but she new the facts and explained the process of selling a home thoroughly. We knew we could trust her implicitly. Often we asked her for her opinion, knowing that her knowledge far exceeded ours. When the time came for us to consider lowering the price of our home, she advised us to wait and see what would transpire in the next few days; this turned out to be extremely beneficial. Jeannette was able to find many homes that fit my preferences and others within my price range with features I hadn't considered. She was never pushy about them and having them to compare helped me find my perfect home. Her company's personalized website made it easy to sort and compare all the choices. We met her during one of the open houses at the Joel apartment and decided that she is the right realtor for us because she was very knowledgeable, patient, diligent and consentious. We were out of town sellers and Jeannette came highly recommended by a friend in Real Estate in Kennewick. She was immediately friendly, available and had excellent suggestions.
