My wife and I first met Jeanie in March of 2017. She is extremely knowledgeable in the local housing market, and after discussing our wish list for a new home, she helped us to find the perfect home. We were being very picky, and she probably showed us at least 50 homes before we found the one that suited us. All the while, she was fine tuning our likes and dislikes. With her help, the whole transaction went extremely smooth. We are again using her to find another home.

Jeannie Chase helped us sell our home in San Jose and then helped us buy our beautiful home in Morgan Hill. She is knowledgeable, professional and became a dear friend to us. While trying to sell our house in San Jose, I would call her daily at 4:00 pm. She always answered and always explained how things went that day. We had owned our home for about 30 or so years and even though we wanted to move, it was hard to let go at the same time. She always answered and always listened. Also looked out for us with regards to making the sale go smoothly with no surprises. She’s the best!
