Jeannie Nicholson

Jeannie is a fully bilingual (English and Spanish) real estate professional working in the Tampa Bay and Pasco County areas. Originally hailing from Puerto Rico, she is a self-proclaimed island girl, enjoying the Florida lifestyle for the past 34 years. Jeannie’s mission is for all her clients to love where they live as much as she does.

An active in the community, Jeannie volunteers with Lamplighters, a ladies auxiliary organization working on behalf of the homeless and at-risk children, and in her church, Grace Family. She treats people with empathy and respect, enabling her to understand clients’ perspectives and assists in creating solutions that best fits their needs. Jeannie has a passion for excellence and demonstrates customer service skills that go above and beyond the standard. Her effective communication and negotiation skills paired with her high-energy, tenacious attitude are proven assets in achieving her clients’ goals.
