She sold our house in a tough market (2010) with several offers (4) in three weeks, and wound up negotiating us to a price above our asking price. We are tough buyers, and Jeanine stuck with us through three months of house searching and at least three weekends of 8 hour home looking marathons... She gave us great advice, and although we ended up putting in some offers that we were outbid on, she did *not* let us overbid or overbuy. In the end, she helped us find a wonderful home in an incredible neighborhood that we wouldn't have found without her help, for one, but more importantly, her perseverance on our behalf.
