My experience in real estate realm includes, investing, flipping, rental income properties, mortgages and construction.

I was a mortgage broker in the mid 90’s and went on to invest in income properties and began flipping in 2001. The endeavor was the purchase, renovation, resale and operation of multifamily rental income properties as well as single family homes and condominiums.

In 2005 I gained a State Certified General Contracting license and entered construction. I have a small general contracting company engaged in mid to large budget residential and commercial remodels.

I have a Bachelor of Arts in business & computer information systems. I worked in IT for companies such as Anderson Consulting, Sprint, AnwserThink Consulting and IBM.
