In 1974, HD Realty Inc. was founded by Richard Dapore and Lou Haubner. HD Realty Inc. started out as a sales only office. Eventually, out of customer needs, HD grew into a sales, property management, and investment consultation office. HD Realty offers all the necessary experience to meet the needs of its customers.

Today, HD Realty Inc. continues to do sales, property management, and investment consultation. Through the years, HD Realty has become one of the largest property management offices in Central Florida. HD's experience and dedication have met the needs of their owners and tenants.

The ownership of HD Realty Inc. has changed over the years. Today, the owners are Jeff J. Anderson and Christopher R. Dapore. Both owners grew up in the Orlando & Seminole County area, and have a lot of experience in real estate and the growth of the area. Together, they see HD Realty growing and continuing to service the needs of their clients well into the 21st Century.

Having both a sales division and a full-service property management division makes us uniquely qualified to assist you in asset management services. Our 35+ years experience in all types of distressed properties has included: estates/probate cases, liquidating investors portfolios, courthouse auction liquidation, out of state/country owner management and liquidation, confidential transactions for government employees, short sales, and valuation for attorney s for court cases.
