About Jeff

In early 2019, after a 30-year career in Corporate Real Estate, I decided that I’d had enough and wanted to do something different. I no longer enjoyed the constant travel and felt that I was better suited to doing something that I was in control of. In my last role as Global Facilities Director for a large telecommunications company, I delivered facility services to over 100,000 employees in 100 countries, occupying 430 locations, including R&D, Manufacturing, and Office space, however, it became apparent that customer satisfaction no longer mattered to the company, it was all about cost savings! I was like a “fish out of water” because for 30 years customer satisfaction and building relationships were all that mattered and I’m very good at it!

I decided to become a franchise owner. My operations and Facility Management background was a perfect fit for property management. My son and I have operated this business since September of 2019 and I have not been this happy in at least 10 years. My customers describe me as “persistent, determined, kind, humble, and very loyal.”
