My wife and I were interested in building a new home when Jeff Barnum came into our lives. At the time, we did not realize that home buyers could use real estate agent services during a new home build. Having Jeff “on our side” put our minds at ease as his expertise in the build process was superb from beginning to end. Jeff is wonderfully detailed oriented, a master communicator and a consummate professional. He was able to speak on our behalf about items that were well beyond my limited understanding of construction. Jeff was always willing to go above and beyond at every step as he guided us through the many intricacies of construction. Jeff even helped connect us with a highly knowledgeable home inspector who looked over our home and wrote reports throughout the process. To this extent, Jeff is well connected as he pointed us to a financial institution that offered the lowest loan rate I could find after shopping around and an adviser on the lowest rates for a home insurance policy. Throughout the process, our personal relationship grew with Jeff to the point that I would consider him as not only as tremendous connection and great source of real estate information, but a good friend. I cannot recommend Jeff enough!

Jeff Barnum at Platinum Service Realty specializes in helping buyers find their dream home and sellers get their house sold quickly.
