I have known Jeff for most of my life, which is why I did not hesitate to ask for his help when looking for a new home. His performance as a realtor is true to his character. He genuinely cares about people and took the time to find out what I needed. The first place we viewed had several small issues that I did not fully understand. Jeff is very knowledgeable about most of these issues and completely honest when he doesn't know an answer. But he will always find out and follow up. He's gone above and beyond far more than any realtor I've ever dealt with. Knowing his character and his genuine love of interacting with and helping people, I know my experience wasn't just because of our prior association. He helped make the home buying process as easy and smooth as I've ever had. Jeff is a great realtor and a great person. I will not hesitate using and recommending him for all real estate needs

Jeff Baumann recently represented me when I bought a home in the area and he was amazing and very easy to work with. Within 2 hours of the listing of the property I eventually bought, showing times were already completely booked for the next 2 days, but he was able to work me in early the next morning. Shortly before my scheduled showing, he notified me that he had just been diagnosed with Covid, but he had made arrangements for another associate to meet me in his place. My offer was initially 1 of 15, then narrowed down to 1 of 6, but then another offer was chosen. A few weeks later, Jeff contacted me again to ask if I was still interested in the property because the initial offer fell through due to financing issues. I re-presented my initial offer, but Jeff sweetened the deal by offering a quicker closure date; my offer was chosen over several others and I feel it was because of Jeff. I didn’t actually get to meet Jeff in person until our final walk-through of the property, which was several days before closing. However, he explained every step along the way, replied quickly to every concern/question I texted to him, and never made me feel like I was any bother at all. Buying a home can be a very daunting and scary experience, but Jeff made it a real pleasure from beginning to end. I’m very happy to recommend Jeff Baumann to anyone searching for an experienced, pleasurable real estate agent. You’ll be very happy working with Jeff!!
