Jeff Bernard

Jeff Bernard is a broker associate at LIV Sotheby's International Realty. He has been fortunate to be intimately involved in the real estate industry for nearly 30 years. Jeff began his career as a real estate financial analyst, which is a skillset that has benefited many of my clients throughout the years. As his career progressed, Jeff embarked on a new journey and entered the commercial and residential real estate marketing and sales industry. His next career evolution propelled Jeff into the residential real estate development business. In His view, there is no better way to understand the building and financial components of a home purchase than living through the process from the beginning to the end. The learning curve is extensive, but perhaps the most advantageous skill he can provide to his clients. As time passed, Jeff felt it was time to give back to my industry. That decision resulted in me being elected to become a Director at the Denver Board of REALTORS, and later leading to being elected as the President of the Denver Board of REALTORS. He occupied positions as Director of the Colorado Board of REALTORS and then advanced to become an Executive Director of the National Association of REALTORS. In 2007 Jeff was humbled by being the recipient of the REALTOR of the Year award, bestowed to me by the Denver Board of REALTORS. This award was a surprise and an honor. Finally, he was awarded 2002, 2003, 2005, and 2009 Denver Board of REALTROS President's Distinguish Service Award. Jeff strongly feels that anyone who purchases real estate deserves to work with a REALTOR who is dedicated to building ongoing knowledge about the real estate industry. Thus, he pursued a significant number of certifications, which were the culmination of several hours, days, and months of continuing education.
