Having worked with Jeff, Mary and their team for over 14 years now, I have always felt like the partnership was more than just business. They are excellent communicators and do not wait to provide updates.

As a property manager, my townhouse was occupied by vetted tenants for all but a few weeks in a 12 year period. Jeff has seemingly unlimited experience and contacts to handle any situation that arises. He provides solutions and recommendations, not guesses. I can honestly say that the Bowers team made owning property far from my geographical location near stress-free.

As a realtor, Jeff and his team have helped me buy and sell property. All the same above characteristics apply. He made everything seamless, worry-free and enjoyable. The Bowers team will work tirelessly to make sure you have all the information you need to make informed decisions. I cannot recommend Jeff enough to anyone looking for a property manager or realtor. There are no words to adequately express the praises I’d sing for my Realtor, Jeff Bowers.
I’m a 61 year old single woman, recently retired and empty-nested. I’ve known I’ve wanted to downsize to a single story home–but it wasn’t until retirement that I had time to get serious. And it wasn’t until I found the place I wanted to end up that I REALLY got serious. I had been in the same house for 24 years–so my only other experience buying and selling was about a quarter century ago! Finding and buying a forever home, and readying a home for sale at the top of the market is not for the faint of heart, to be sure.

Jeff came highly recommended by my sister–who DOES have a lot of experience in buying/selling real estate– for our parent’s estate, her family, and helping two daughters….

I did not consider my home anywhere near ready to list. An excellent communicator, Jeff was straight-up with me in discussing my options. I had my house professionally inspected to avoid any surprises when I went to market. Jeff was very patient and supported my desire to sell my house move-in ready for the next family and provided me with multiple contacts for trade services as well as invaluable advice stemming from his expert knowledge of what a buyer wants. Where we did have a few differing opinions with respect to cosmetic updates, Jeff was completely open and respectful.

I know that real estate folks must have a wealth of knowledge to guide us through the many wickets associated with lenders, lawyers, codes, appraisals, negotiations. Must know the data, the area…. But it really isn’t all about the property– Jeff had the patience of Job with me. He was my therapist, advisor, and sage while I spent a ridiculous amount of time going through 24 years worth of STUFF.
Jeff was available to me at any time, it seemed, to counsel or untangle my thoughts (again and again) about who does what. Jeff advised me on the as-is FSBO home I was buying– long before the one I was selling was ready to market. Long before he and I had a contract for his services for that sale.

Jeff isn’t overbearing or pushy. He is calm, and kept me calm when I was veering toward system overload. Regardless, Jeff’s strong negotiating skills resulted in a full ask offer 12 days after my house listed. I would recommend Jeff Bowers to anyone needing a fantastic realtor, and a support system that will keep you sane!

When I was introduced to Jeff bowers at ReMax, I had no idea he was an angel sent by God. After posting my house, we had six showing and four offers within two days. Jeff is the best! He gets the work done. There were a few challenges but Jeff and his wife made sure everything worked out.
Jeff had heart surgery but after a week he was back to making sure everything was on schedule for the closing of my home. Anyone looking to sale or purchase a home, you will be crazy not to give Jeff Bowers a call. He is definitely “The Man”.

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of working with Mr. Jeffrey Bowers to help us find a new home in the Charleston SC metro area. Having moved here one year ago from Colorado, Jeff filled us in on the nuances between home ownership in CO vs SC, was quick to suggest potential areas, and, with the fast turn-around between listing and being under contract, was able to show many homes as soon as they hit the market. He even showed us one home before it even hit the market! Jeff really listened to our needs and suggested based on those needs. We ended up with a home that includes everything we wanted, at a great price, and in the location we desired. It was nice knowing that Jeff was in our corner during this trying and hectic time, and he continues to be a great friend and resource.

Jeff Bowers was recommended to me by a family member after a terrible experience with a different realtor and I couldn’t be more pleased. I’m a first time homebuyer, and from start to the very finish he was phenomenal. There’s a lot that I didn’t know, and Jeff easily explained every part of the process. From helping find contractors for the repair addendum, communicating and liaising with both the seller and mortgage company, and explaining every part of every piece of paper I signed and each step of the process, Jeff took amazing care of me. From the very beginning Jeff made it abundantly clear that I was his priority, not simply through words, but by his actions. There’s no shortage of realtors that will tell you whatever you want to hear, but Jeff actually follows through. Now I’m in my dream home, and it’s all thanks to the work that he put in to make it happen.

Jeff and his team are Amazing. Not only did they manage my property to renters for 7/8 years but when my husband and I decided we were ready to sell he was in top of it. It was that time...my father had passed and I was left to get the house ready and put it on the market as an out-of-state seller. The experience I had with Jeff was SUPER. He helped with getting the house cleaned up and ready to sell. He was extremely knowledgeable with the area in regards with what needed to be done and had good contacts to get the work done in a quality manner. We listed our home of 22 years, 133 Cherry Hill Ave. Goose Creek SC, with Jeff in January 2019. This was my first experience with selling a home and I was anxious and unsure about the process. Jeff came to our house on multiple occasions to sit down with us and discuss everything. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We had multiple showings and an open house.
