Look no further Jeff will ensure you get the house of your dreams. I was looking to purchase a second home and I came to Jeff with my preapproval in hand. We looked at houses for sale on two different occasions. Jeff showed up on time and with so much knowledge for each showing. We found my house it was the last on our list for the day and immediately fell In love. Jeff immediately put in a competitive offer on this well sought out house. After submitting my offer which was accepted my lender informed me that my financing fell through. I contacted Jeff and told him the bad news and was ready to walk away. He told me he knew a lender who could get the deal done. I contacted that lender and I was able to close in 30 days. I am very happy with my purchase. I am an overthinking machine but Jeff helped me stay calm and ensured I purchased the best house to suit all my needs. Jeff has become like family and I know he’s only a phone call away should I ever need any help! Thanks for everything JB!

If you really need someone to get you the house you want, where you want and at your price range, J.Isaac Brown, Realtor is your guy. Before him I had worked for months with 2 realtors that will not do what it takes to find me a house and and when I do find a house my offer will always be rejected. I started working with him in November; Despite the crazy house market as it is now, December he secured me a contract on a house meeting ALL my wish list and January I was proud owner of that house in the Fairwood Community, Bowie MD. I'm grateful for his honesty and transparency and tough negotiator for my sake and for going above and beyond to secure the contract and see that I close on the house despite some obstacles that was rising up.
I will definitely recommend him to all. Excellent Job JB!

I have used multiple realtors in the past and without a doubt, JB stands out as the best agent to date. He is a wealth of knowledge and was able to understand the unique needs/requirements for our future home.

He is a wealth of knowledge and was able to present several unique scenarios to chose from, be it a straight acquisition or the expansion of an existing structure. He was very patient and took his time to guide I and my wife through multiple transactions and closings.

I have already recommended JB to a few of my friends and he is the goto agent for all my RE transactions going forward.

New homeowner here thanks to this guy! I was somewhat knowledgeable about the home buying process and actually was in the process of going through first time home buying program. Long story short, J shortened the process by months. He was able to show me properties that I specifically stated I liked and because he is has the background in construction was able to give me feedback in regards to repairs. It was a great experience. You can tell he's not just doing his job simply for a check or "quick sale." He genuinely wants to help and give advice and cares about the person he's helping. Definitely recommend 100%.
