We have been in our dream home for 7 years here in Ramona. We were very new to home buying, and without Jeff and Tom Smith helping us navigate through the ins and outs it would have been difficult. It turned out to be a great experience and one of the best decisions we ever made to move here to the San Diego County Estates. We still see Jeff at some of the concerts in the park during the summer and it's always fun to catch up. Feels a little bit like small town USA 😉

Jeff and his team provide a well-rounded real estate sales experience, including extensive marketing and construction assistance (when needed) for the benefit of both sellers and buyers. Jeff and his team are top notch. My wife and I have sold/bought 8+ properties and find there are many real estate agents that are friends, family, etc. They may be great people but often they're inexperienced, don't know the local community, and quite frankly are not professional - avoid these people...run. You cannot go wrong with Jeff and his professional team.

Jeff and Chris helped me buy the house back in 2019 and when it was time to go they helped me sell it. Jeff will fight tooth and nail to get you top dollar for your property. His real estate prowess know no bounds. There is not another realtor in the continental United States I would have rather worked with. With Jeff running the show and Chris meticulously managing every aspect of the setup process, there's no competition for their efficiency. Couldn't recommend more.

The transaction between the Buyer and Myself was flawless. Jeff’s no nonsense communication made selling our house a breeze. Jeff had a buyer with in days of notice that we were ready to sell. Gave him a number we were comfortable with. Closed in just over two weeks and the funds were in my account!!! Holly at Heritage Escrow Team gave us easy instructions to follow and the deal was done.

Jeff's team is amazing at all they did to help us as a seller to navigate the sale of our house, getting a top dollar offer closed in 30 days without having to do any upgrades on our home, saving us time and money in the process. Sometimes people question if the realtor is earning the commission they get for selling a house, but I assure you, with all the resources and experience Jeff's team brings to the table, they are worth every penny.

Jeff Is The Best!!! He helped us purchase a home and after being there for a cpl years, we found our forever home that is much bigger and suits our medical needs. He helped us sell the 1st one and helped us purchase the new one. The whole process was very easy and he takes the time to listen to your needs. Jeff found the perfect home for us 4 years ago. When we decided this January it was time to sell, we knew just who to call. Jeff and team (to include Chris) were awesome to work with. Very responsive, gave us options, and listened to our feedback on knowledge of our neighborhood. The photographer they used to take pictures of our home was PHENOMENAL! We listed on a Friday, had an open house on Sat. and had 60 people through! We ended up with 6 offers all above asking price. Jeff expertly negotiated the best deal possible. The transaction went so smoothly we couldn't believe it was so easy to sell a house. Chris was on top of everything and made sure we knew about important deadlines. I honestly cannot say enough great things about Jeff! He is seriously the best. Super knowledgeable. Very kind and helpful. He would always answer/return my calls and texts. Never made me feel like I was a bother to him. I used him to buy my condo and now used him to sell it! I moved out of state, but really wish I could have had him cloned and brought him with to help me purchase my new home! Lol. Chris is wonderful as well! Just a great overall experience. I did not have as good of treatment when using someone else out of state. That just made me appreciate them even more.😊 I highly recommend!

My wife and I worked with Jeff Brumfield and his real estate associate Chris Trementozzi to find our dream forever house. In the beginning we were working with them to have a custom home built on a lot Jeff had purchased in the Ramona area, but after the Covid 19 crisis caused complications in securing financing for the construction of the custom house, Jeff and Chris responded quickly when my wife stumbled upon a listing of an existing house that almost a mirrored the design of the custom house we had been designing with Jeff.
The house had hit the market only a couple days prior but they were able to coordinate a viewing of the house last minute on a Sunday with the proper protocol in place to observe the new Covid 19 process of seeing a home in person. After our walk though, we immediately fell in love with the house and Jeff and Chris were able to help position us to land this dream forever home, while up against 10 other offers because of their experience, Jeff's reputation, and (as luck would have it) long-standing relationship with the seller's agent. This all culminated in Jeff being able to ensure we provided the highest non-contingent offer and not get into a bidding war. We relied on Jeff and Chris for their guidance through the home purchase process which allowed us to close on time with a great 3.125% 30 yr fixed rate via a quality lender Jeff's son worked for.

Jeff and Chris were always very responsive and thorough in explaining the process to my wife and I as we had a lot of question with this being our first time purchasing a home not from a family member. I would highly recommend Jeff and Chris to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, but most definitely if that home purchase and/or sale are in the Ramona, CA area as their knowledge of the area, the real estate market, and their many relationships with other real estate agents will be the edge you need in landing the house of your dreams in a very competitive home purchase environment consisting of low inventory and high buyer interest, not to mention helping to ensure you are best positioned to receive the best/highest offer when it comes time to sell your house.

I had an incredible experience working with Jeff. I was very lucky to find him as a first time land buyer. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I had a lot of questions, and each one he answered in detail. I would say he went above and beyond and provided me with tons of information. I was worried that because I was making a small investment that perhaps I would not find a realtor that would take their time to help me out. Jeff however treated me like royalty. We went to many lots together and I never felt rushed. He is a complete gentleman and professional. He was able to get them to take my offer without showing for the weekend which was good because of all the cash offers that kept winning. He knows all the other realtors in Ramona and has very good knowledge of the local market.

Without his knowledge and connections, we may have not gotten our new home on the first try or first bid.
