Jeff is GREAT at his job! I live out of state and was looking to sell some land that I inherited (and hadn't even seen in over 40 years). Being completely unfamiliar with the area, Jeff was truly a Godsend. He helped explain some very tricky tax issues (ever done an out-of-state probate?? not fun!), and was extremely helpful and always professional. He sold my land at a great price, was always responsive and was extremely easy to work with. I highly recommend him if you are looking to buy or sell.

I have used Buice Realty on more than one occasion. Jeff Buice has always made buying a house such a breeze! He negotiated and helped us to obtain the house perfect for us. Immediately after contracting our new home, our old home was placed on the market. Jeff helped us focus on aspects that would generate interest from buyers, which was a huge help.
