I recently had to sell a house in Anthem that had belonged to my father. Living in Oregon, I had no personal experience with realtors in Arizona, though I did have two recommendations from friends. After doing an online search and entering my information, I received a call from Jeff within a minute or two! We had a nice conversation and he was not pushy. After talking with the other real estate agents, I decided to work with Jeff and am glad I did. He clearly knew the area and market very well and had a great track record to prove it. He explained things clearly, patiently answered my questions, and made the entire process as smooth and efficient as possible. He helped prepare the house for listing, arranged for his housecleaner, handyman and photographer to take care of what needed to be done and before I knew it, the house was on the market. We had multiple offers after 1 week and sold it for a price higher than I expected. We even closed a week earlier than planned. Jeff was always very prompt with his communications and knew how to get things taken care of efficiently. He was wonderful to work with and I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the process of selling a home out-of-state was! I am extremely grateful for this during such a highly stressful time in my life. I highly recommend Jeff Cameron for your real estate needs!
