Ours was possibly not the typical real estate listing as it was 5 heir's coming together to sell our Dad's property. I had reached out to Jeff (recommended by a local Realtor in MN) a year prior but we weren't quite ready to list. When I contacted him again he remembered us and said he wondered what ever happened. <-Big props for that! Jeff immediately jumped on it & between he and Sarah Galles, they got the house listed quickly with incredible photos and drone footage. I appreciated the communication Jeff provided and that he was willing to educate me on all things real estate related so my family could make the best decision with regard to this home. I STRONGLY recommend Jeff and his team if you are a seller or buyer. They know the areas in which they service and are top-notch in handling what could be a sticky situation. If I was in the market in IA again, Jeff would be my Go-To guy.

Jeff and the rest of the Carlson Group Real Estate team were beyond the best partners we could have hoped for in handling our new building purchase.

As a new electrical contracting company that is rapidly growing and all the chaos that comes along with that, we had very little time to invest in the entire purchasing process.

Jeff and his team stepped in for us and handled the entire purchase for us, start to finish. Even though we were 800 miles away on a project, everything happened on time as scheduled.
