After the sudden passing of my stepfather in January of this year, I turned to Jeff Choyce to help with the selling of his house. It was out family house for 43 years. So there was lots of emotions to deal with between me and my 2 sisters. Jeff was very personable and professional. He gave us advice on exactly what we needed to do and what to expect with the current market and he was "spot on"! We sold the house in 3 days and have already settled. Would highly recommend Jeff Choyce to anyone and would use him again myself if needed.

I saw a house for sale online and knew this was the house for me. I called Jeff that morning, a busy Saturday right around Christmas out of the blue. He answered and immediately got to work helping me! The entire process was absolutely seamless. I had nothing prepared and was completely uninformed regarding the home buying process. Jeff helped me through every step. He managed to pull off the sale through Covid, the holidays, and this crazy market. I cannot say enough about Jeff but thank you from the bottom of my heart. Mr. Choyce was extremely professional. Very knowledgeable. Very reliable. Neither me or my wife knew anything about buying a house. Mr. Choyce was able to answer any and all questions. We heard alot of nightmarish stories about realtors trying to just push you into buying something so they could make a sale. We didn't experience any of this. He made buying our first home a breeze and we look forward to dealing with him in the future.

Jeff was hands down the best realtor we could have been matched with via Veterans United. From day one Jeff was very responsive, listened to our needs, and was very flexible with his schedule. During the home buying process, he made everything quick and easy and answered all of our questions quickly and accurately. Jeff was extremely helpful and very easy to work with, despite the odd situation he guided us through in buying our house. Because of circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, we were forced to find and buy a home in Maryland from out of state, without the luxury of walking through the home first, since we were moving from Utah. Jeff bent over backwards to ensure that we had all the knowledge we needed and that we were able to get a clear idea of the house and its layout through video walkthroughs. We are very happy with the house and with Jeff's professional service. He displayed good knowledge of the VA loan and the VA lending process, which was good for me as a first time home buyer, using my VA loan for the first time. My wife and I couldn't recommend him more!

I couldn’t recommend Jeff more. From the very beginning, he was on top of every detail. If I had a question or concern, he responded quickly. If he didn’t already know the answer, he tracked it down quickly. There were several instances where he was addressing issues before I even noticed that I should be worried. He was incredibly easy to work with, he never pushed for one thing or another. More importantly than anything, he was always looking out for our interests. From beginning to end, I could tell there was nothing more important to him than our satisfaction. In a business where there are plenty of “used car salesman”, chose a real professional!
