Jeff is an excellent agent! When I was moving to the East Bay, he negotiated a lease agreement for me in an area I was seriously considering buying. A couple other agents had been pushing me to buy, but he understood the situation, negotiated a lease for me instead, and said to call whenever I am ready to buy. He recommended that I use the time to get to know the surrounding neighborhoods, and checked in on me during the year. It turns out that this advice ended up with a well-informed decision to purchase in a different area, and I could not be happier with his advice.
With the market being as hot as it has been, when looking at homes, he would tell me how much he thought a home would ultimately sell for, given the up-bidding in multiple offer situations, and he was almost always right. He kept telling me not to panic, and that there were some deals to be had even in this hot market. He proved that assertion when he negotiated my transaction! Jeff worked really well with my lender, coordinating the transaction post-contract, and helping me work through the mountains of paperwork.
I highly recommend Jeff if you want an agent that will serve the best interest of his clients, is knowledge, professional, a masterful negotiator, and all-around great guy.

Jeff is AMAZING. We found him by accident and it's been the best accident ever! Jeff represented us and the buyers so evenly and so well. I have bought and sold 4 homes now and Jeff was by far the best broker I've worked with. He truly cares about his clients and his services don't end with the purchase. He contacts me regularly to see if we are still happy with our home.
When we purchased the home we found out our dryer didn't work, and since it was before the home warranty kicked in, he paid for the replacement himself.
Now, a year later, our air conditioner quit working, and he is assisting us with the home warranty company to make sure we get it replaced.

It's not always easy to find a realtor with the experience and knowledge that Jeff has. Selling a house always seems to be stressful, in particular when one is 1000 miles away. Jeff, managed the sale of my 5500 sq. ft home. He suggested a very successful sales strategy, worked with potential buyers and their agents.
