Jeff is amazing. He helped us navigate the chaotic market and secure our dream home at an awesome price. We had some delay in closing escrow due to bank issues but Jeff kept the seller informed and made sure we got an extension.

Beyond that he always checks up on us and makes sure things are going fine (even after the sale!!). He truly goes above and beyond in his support of clients. Strongly recommend using him as your realtor.

Jeff delivered as he had promised, closing the sale of our house within a month (from listing to close). This was despite having to work around some unscrupulous buying agents. When our first sale fell through, Jeff quickly found a new buyer, who offered more than the initial buyer, and still got it all done before the month was over.

In an industry of bad actors, Jeff is demonstrated worthiness of trust and our continued business.

We had our home on the market for 6 months with a different well known realtor. that person did not do a single thing for us.

Jeff Colon is Highly professional, He worked with my wife and I to sell our home after 8 days on the market, and above list price. I've been involved in selling and purchasing several houses growing up and as an adult. Jeff is AMAZING. We found him by accident and it's been the best accident ever! Jeff represented us and the buyers so evenly and so well. He got us top dollar while getting the buyers what they wanted out of the process as well. Jeff has been so communicative--contacting us with updates at least once a week. Jeff's colleague, Jennifer, has been on top of all the paperwork and docusigning. Jeff been so helpful with supplying us with moving boxes, paper and tape and links for additional supplies if we should need them.
It's really just been a great, stress free process. We could not ask for more from a Realtor or a house selling process--and we've sold four homes prior and have never had a good time with it. :)

Just sold my San Ramon home at a great price working with Jeff and team. I had the choice of several very good realtors but it was Jeff's strong track record, knowledge of the market, and his promise of personal ongoing involvement that sold us and he delivered! He was a great guide and partner in planning and prep for the sale. He listened carefully and gave sound advice that saved us thousands on where and where not to invest in repairs, upgrades, staging etc. At my request, he connected me with quality out of state realtors to help in my search for the next home.

I can’t speak highly enough of Jeff Colon as our realtor. We interviewed 4 agents when we decided to sell our home in San Ramon and out of the 4, Jeff was the only one who came well-prepared that by the end of his presentation, we hardly had any questions for him. His professionalism, honesty, integrity and work ethics are commendable. He gave us great advise and recommendations to get our home sold quickly. He made what could have been a very stressful and difficult process much more simpler and easier by keeping us updated on what is going on and what the next steps are. I have bought and sold 4 homes now and Jeff was by far the best broker I've worked with. He truly cares about his clients and his services don't end with the purchase. He contacts me regularly to see if we are still happy with our home.

When we purchased the home we found out our dryer didn't work, and since it was before the home warranty kicked in, he paid for the replacement himself.

Now, a year later, our air conditioner quit working, and he is assisting us with the home warranty company to make sure we get it replaced.

I will work with Jeff for all future sales and purchases and would definitely recommend him.

It's not always easy to find a realtor with the experience and knowledge that Jeff has. We had our investment home listed with 3 other realtors over the course of a year and none of them could get our home sold. Jeff was referred to us by a family friend, we were very hesitant in hiring another agent since last 3 failed at the job. Selling a house always seems to be stressful, in particular when one is 1000 miles away. Jeff, managed the sale of my 5500 sq. ft home. He suggested a very successful sales strategy, worked with potential buyers and their agents.
