Deciding on a real estate agent is a difficult decision to make, especially as a first time home buyer. The process can certainly seem intimidating. With Jeff working with us, I felt at ease and that I was in good hands. He will not rush you or pressure you.

Jeff has prior experience as a contractor, which is an excellent insight to have when looking at older properties. If the property is overpriced and needs a lot of work, he will let you know. During many of the showings, he would share a little vision of what could be done with the space. The more places we went to see, the more I came to value and trust his opinion.

Jeff will work hard to get you a good deal. He is easy to get in contact with. He is quick with a smile and a real down to earth guy.
I had nothing but a great experience working with Jeff, and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. We will certainly be using him again. Thanks so much for a great experience.

Where to start.. Jeff was amazing to work with. From the beginning to end he did not let us down or lead us astray. I never would had thought I would be so comfortable and optimistic in the home buying experience. Thanks to Jeff we did not settle and found an amazing home that we got an amazing deal on!! I highly recommend Jeff, he not only is good at his job but really cares and looks out for you as if you were family.
