Jeff was the best person to find houses in the crazy sellers market of Phoenix in early 2022. We are first time home buyers and had no idea what a sellers market is. Luckily, we met Jeff and throughout the process of buying our first house he was our first best decision. Why? Here's a breakdown of what I noticed different about him compared to other agents:
1- he is calm, and it matters a lot when it's a hot market with 72 hrs sales and you a first time home buyer whom could get scared soon and make a hasty decision that may be regretful later. Jeff blocked all the noise and chatter around us providing a peaceful situation for us to make rational choices that would work for us.

2- He doesn't push you to sell you a house. What he repeatedly mentioned to us was that a house sells itself. You walk into a house and you feel it's home. He never started talking about details of a house before we walked through and said we like it. Then he was giving us his professional opinions which really helped is out of many bad choices. I think this is really important that you first like a house then hear the agent as opposed to agents who walk you in and give you a visionary tour without leaving you time to see it for yourself.

3- Jeff was available all the time. We spent many weekends and weekday evenings visiting houses and he never pushed back appointments. Always on time, even arriving sooner and always in no rush.

4- He has a good network of realtors around him. That is particularly important when you are after houses that are not yet publicly in the market. That's how we ended up buying our home, when he found a house not yet available for sale and showed it to us through his connections.

Jeff was not only our agent in this process. He helped us a lot to get what we like and to start our life in a house that we call home. He was/is more like an uncle who supported me rather than being only an agent. I highly recommend him to whoever wants to buy a house in Phoenix area.

I am writing this review from the bottom of my heart! When we started the long, boring, tiring house hunting to buy our first house, We never knew that Jeff would completely change it for us! From the first time we talked on the phone, until now that we are sitting in my own house we never thought about “Our agent isn’t helpful”. He promised us and he did it. He helped us to find AND buy our DREAM house. We are truly happy! Both with Jeff and our house. He went above and beyond even when we were not in the States, still communicating and taking care of our documents. Thanks Jeff for all your help and honesty through this process.
