What can I say about this specimen of a real estate agent? Professionally he is hands down bar none. He consistently holds himself to a very professional standard and in my history of working with him over the course of 3 years as a contractor and then finally as a seller. He has never failed to maintain a high professional standard. All that being said he is extremely easy to speak to and helped me feel at ease during the sale of my home in Burlington, Washington. I currently reside in New York City and he always maintained an astounding level of communication and empathy for my situation. He called and offered condolences at the time of my wife’s passing. He is not just any real estate agent he is a friend and a trusted confidant. He ensured a smooth process during a home repair project that took place at the same time of the sale of my home. Simply put his fluidity in a difficult sale situation was handled with the ease of a seasoned veteran. He knows the area, he knows his profession, he knows how to treat a client to ensure they feel seen, heard, and important. I never in the whole time that I have worked with him felt as if something else took precedence. If there was a standard to which all other agents could be calibrated he would be the sought after highest standard. I want to officially and publicly say thank you, Thank you for helping me, thank you for being the agent and the person you are. You have helped me far more than you can ever know.

I recently bought property in WA Jim Pope as my realtor. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He gave sound advice without being pushy. He obviously knows real estate, and he imparts this knowledge with respect. I would whole-heartedly recommend Jim to anyone looking for a realtor.
