Jeff is a dedicated full-time real estate professional. He's been actively licensed by the NC Real Estate Commission since 1984. In the early years, Jeff mixed real estate with other professional management positions in western NC. Jeff attended NC State University and studied engineering
and mathematics. He completed his college degree in meteorology at the University of North Carolina in Asheville while also working as a Realtor. He's worked for large firms and received extensive training along the way. In 2000, Jeff studied completely on his own, with no classroom training, and passed the coveted Broker’s exam and upgraded his license from salesman to Broker. Jeff excelled at various firms and received many sales awards before founding his own firm, Rock Realty, in 2002.

By attending and completing several Innovative Classes, Seminars, Webinars, Teleconferences, a 3-day Superconference, and Online Classes over the years, Jeff has really honed his Marketing Skills and Buyer
Programs. By applying this knowledge through trial and error, Jeff has learned the absolutely most effective types of advertising methods that attract hundreds of buyers each year, several of which enjoy successful real estate transactions. Whether buying or selling, Jeff's understanding of internet use in the real estate world gives him, and YOU, a huge advantage.
