Jeff Hamilton

Jeff’s business revolves around servicing clients through deep dive data analysis and “insider” information. He focuses his counsel on value creation and retention while always looking out for the best interest of his clients. Jeff is known for his special focus and expertise within the South End, Back Bay, and Beacon Hill luxury markets in addition to Brookline where he now lives. Between 2017 and 2023, among more than 1,500 agents who transacted in the city of Boston, Jeff ranked as one of the top 25 most productive according to MLS PIN.

On the personal side, Jeff spent a decade living in the South End before moving to Brookline in 2021 with his wife Katie, sons, Winn and James, and daughter Ellie. Jeff grew up in Belmont, MA and attended Belmont Hill School before matriculating to Davidson College. He earned an MBA from the Olin School of Business at Babson College. Golf, skiing, and paddle tennis conversations are an easy way to his heart.
