Lots of people complain about the real estate agents that they don't do anything big, besides couple phone calls few showings and just collect a commission. As a first time home buyer and had 2 realtors before Jeff to try to help me with house purchase. The pressure to buy was real and additional stress to handle for me. Not Jeff Herge. Jeff was not only a good realtor during my buying process but was attentive, supportive and careful like a real friend. He was making sure that I will get what I wanted in my real estate needs while feeling comfortable in my decisions along the way. He negotiated with sellers every step of the way very effectively and actually was bold to ask for more than I did. He went to every single appointment with me from the showing to the signing of the papers and was there any time I was nervous and unsure.. We won a nice sellers credit plus sellers did some work that they initially did not want to do. Jeff was working with everyone involved in a very professional and kindest manner. Huge plus that he used his skills as a contractor and was able to estimate almost anything on the spot quite accurately.

Over all I could not be more happy with his work, time and consideration he gave to me in this uneasy process!

I’ve known Jeff Herge for quite some time. For years I’ve used his services as a handyman, and more recently I hired him as my realtor. It was clear from the start that he is honest, hardworking, and trustworthy. In addition, he is very professional. He communicates clearly, sets specific appointment times, and texts or calls if there will be a delay. Jeff was a tremendous help to me during my recent move. He helped me get my old house ready to put on the market, sold it within a few days, and helped me find and purchase a new place, all within a very short time. Jeff is creative, resourceful, and patient, and he truly went above and beyond in helping me with my move. It was good knowing that I could count on him during that stressful time.

Mr.Herge is awesome at his job!! He consistently will follow up with you, he will help you look at different properties until you find the home for you. when you do find the home that you want he makes sure that everything is on the up and up by having a walk through with you and the owner, so everyone will know at the same time what he see's that is right or wrong. Jeff has tremendous people skills and he cares deeply about his clients. He has a way of making you feel important. I will always use Jeff to help me find another rental or a house to buy!!

Jeff was just awesome during our home selling experience. Jeff helped us price our house at a price point that was fair and resulted in having a contract within 1 day of it being on the market. It was listed on a Thursday and by Friday we had a contract. We had an open house on Sunday and we went through with it, just in case the original contract didn't pan out. We settled within 30 days of having the contract. Jeff showed poise, professionalism and kindness during this stressful time of our lives. We have used other agents in the past and have always said we would not use any (3) of them again due to unsavory experiences. Jeff was the exception to this with us; not only would we use his services again, we would highly recommend him to our friends and family. His expertise and knowledge of the process was invaluable to us and the process of selling (and buying) our home.

Using his knowledge of what buyers are looking for, Jeff made recommendations on what we could do to get the most value for our dollar in preparing our Reston home for sale. Selling our home of 23 years was emotional, but Jeff's calm and professional manner made the process as stress-free as could be. We ultimately had multiple offers on the house above our original asking price, and Jeff navigated us through the everchanging hours that ensued to choose the right buyer for a quick settlement. Jeff worked hard for us, and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate. Google let me choose from these descriptions for Jeff: Good Quality, Good Value, Professional, Responsive - I chose "Professional" but I would say all 4 of these describe Jeff Herge.

Jeff helped me find my house. He was patient with me as we tried to get as many of the “must haves” on my list in one house with my price range. He didn’t try to talk me into a house over my budget, and listened to my likes and dislikes about each of the homes we looked at. I ended up with a house the size and price that I wanted in a great location. Jeff is an awesome agent.

Jeff Herge did an excellent job for me and my family. He is a true professional and helped us to get our home sold quickly and easily. For me, it wasn't easy selling our first home; first because of the memories, second because we had no experience or any idea what to expect. Jeff has the local knowledge we needed to get a fair price for our home, and he has the work ethic and negotiation skills to keep us from accepting an offer that wasn't quite what we wanted to accept.

Best of all, because of his skills working with a handyman business, he was able to point out what things in our home would have an impact on how the house would show. We focused on fixing things and giving our home a makeover in the places that needed it, which family told us made a huge impact. He has a unique set of skills that made him invaluable in a number of ways.

During the process, he always answered calls and emails in a timely manner and he was helpful, realistic, and dedicated. You can tell that he cares about his clients, and we are thrilled that we wound up working with him.
