Jeff Hinds sold my parent's home in Allied Gardens, and we couldn't be happier with the level of service he provided. He is very knowledgeable with contracts and disclosures, which was very important, as this was a trust sale, and we had never lived in the home. He was also very patient with us, and accessible whenever we needed, which is more than I could say for our last Realtor. He knew the area very well, which made us quite comfortable, knowing he could answer questions about the neighborhood to potential buyers.
