Jeff is a treasure! He worked with me to sell an inherited home that was in total disrepair. As an out-of-state owner, he managed everything: tenant move-out, roof installation, landscape cleanup, home and garage clean-out with multiple dumpsters, propane line replacement, pest removal, disinfection and cleaning, a car sale, listing and marketing, inspections, and all negotiations to get to closing quickly. His background in construction, his own handyman skills, and his broad knowledge of local resources were incredible assets throughout the process. He is unbelievably hard-working, honest and trustworthy, very knowledgeable, easily accessible, and a great communicator. I always knew where things stood and that I could count on him throughout every step of the very complex prep and sale process. His energy and dauntless optimism were a huge support, and more than a realtor, Jeff became a friend. I can’t recommend him highly enough!

Jeff is not only the best realtor I have ever encountered, he is a great person overall. He truly cares for his clients and he will turn into a lifelong friend after working with him. We had been building a home and after numerous delays, it ended up taking over a year and a half to be completed. We then had to sell our townhome around Thanksgiving while I was 6mo pregnant. He helped us fix up random things around the house to increase its value and ability to sell. Jeff got us get a great offer on our townhome that also allowed us to live in it until our new house was done. He also came to our new home inspections and walkthroughs to ensure everything went smoothly. Finally, he showed up on our moving day to offer support and food for everyone. Jeff is truly a one of a kind human. And during one of the more stressful times in our life, he made the process enjoyable and smooth. I could not recommend Jeff enough and feel lucky to have him as a friend as well.

Jeff got in touch with me in Spring of 2020 about a year before we started our home buying adventure to give us an idea of what to expect through the process and what he's been seeing in the market. He sent us valuable market analysis and occasionally checked in with us over the phone. The following spring, we were ready to start our search and he has very knowledgeable about areas to look in or avoid, what we could do in homes to update them and what the rough costs might be, and in our first home purchase attempt, leveled with us on the realities of why we should or should not continue forward based on the inspection.

We ultimately backed out and told Jeff we'd go back to saving and try and transition from townhomes to detached homes and look again in winter when there was less competition. He was supportinlve and understanding, and when we finally started looking again, he was responsive to setting up showings and honest when we were looking at homes that were beyond help or hope. When we finally made a successful offer and went through appraisal and inspection, he was clear about what we'd need to do through closing and very helpful in finding additional information for us.

This whole process from first phone call to closing was about 1.5 years and through it all, he was understanding, patient and supportive, as well as always being available for when I had questions, wanted to set up a showing, or take a second look. His knowledge from previous experience in updating homes was also valuable in telling us what we could realistically do in a house to update it, or what couldn't be done and why.

If you decide to choose Jeff as your Realtor, and I highly recommend you do, you will have a strong ally and partner in navigating the housing market in Denver, with lots of connections to increase your success in making offers.

I used Jeff Hollman to sell our house in 2015 when we left Colorado and when we decided to move back to Arvada in 2020, there was no doubt who would help us buy our new home. I don't think there is a stronger statement you can make about a realtor than giving them repeat business. My wife and I were in the market to buy a Colorado condo and I didn't want to try to make a purchase without a realtor. I contacted the Golden Chamber of Commerce and asked for recommendations. They gave me 3 names, and Jeff's was the first on the list. I called him and we hit it off immediately. He provided me with filtered leads for a few months, before I found the right one to make an offer on. Everything leading to the closing went off without a hitch. Jeff was there for inspections and anything else we asked for. The day we closed, he even helped do some minor repairs and assist us with moving in! I couldn't have asked for a better realtor.

Three years later.... Jeff just helped me sell the Golden condo. He was so helpful. He had it staged so it looked awesome. We had 2 offers soon after it was listed. Thanks Jeff!

My husband and I met Jeff through a friend’s referral, and we are 1,000 times grateful for him crossing our path. From the moment Jeff stepped through our door, we had an awesome rapport with him. A completely genuine person, who puts his clients first and believes in working hard for his commission. Among his arsenal of realtor awesomeness, he works with a spectacular stager named Geri, who comes to the house and walks room by room with ideas to make each space warm, inviting, and SELLABLE....be prepared to take notes!! One morning we were working on projects from Geri’s task list when Jeff pulled up with his landscaping equipment and light fixture! He trimmed back tree limbs that were touching the roof, cleaned up the bushes around the yard, and replaced the missing light fixtures on our front porch. A different day he came over with his son to do more tree trimming and mow the lawn. There is no job too big or small he won’t tackle!! Once the house was staged and ready, he brought in a camera AND video crew to capture the best possible views of the house for the listing. If all that weren’t enough, he also has his drone pilot license to take aerial footage of the house and the neighborhood! Jeff was, hands-down, the best realtor I've ever had the pleasure to work with. He's just a hard-working, personable, caring guy from Arvada, and I can't say enough about all the extra things he did for us. He mowed grass, pruned trees, painted a room, installed finishing trim in the kitchen, and a bunch more stuff that just made the house pop when it was ready to go on the market. Jeff was (and is) great. We were moving from across the country with limited availability to be in Denver looking for houses. He took us to 1/2 dozen neighborhoods and 24 houses in 2 days. He is unbiased and unassuming, preferring to let you take in each property with your own perspective. Unless asked, and then he provides outstanding insight and observation. Because we ended up buying an in-process new build, Jeff served as our local proxy for the two months it took us to relocate. He made weekly trips to the house documenting progress and taking pictures of specific areas by request, he served as our building inspector and contractor liaison throughout, and he continues to be one of the most "neighborly" people we have encountered in Colorado.
