The client is trusting us with one of the biggest decisions of their life and it is not something we take lightly. Buying and selling homes is not a science (though there are certainly scientific parts of the process). It is an art. And that is our job. We listen carefully to what the client needs, hear what they share with us, and support them to make it happen. We bring decades of customer service experience to our partnership with the client. This experience means we bring their home to market in its best “glow-up” state—ready to sell for the best price. Our personal skills make us easy to work with and we value our relationships with our tried-and-true vendors to bring the client the best of the best; we are proud of the relationships we have cultivated with our photographer, videographer, stager, lender, and title company. They love us! And the client will too! We have helped clients sell a lot of houses. It is a craft cocktail of experience, research, instinct and most importantly understanding the client’s goal. We are looking for the best possible outcome for the client—to price their home right in the sweet spot for a rapid sale without leaving money on the table. We listen carefully to what the client is looking for in a home, and this can be emotional as they think about starting a family or transitioning to a smaller place as an empty nester. You can trust us to understand the market and to price offers right. We have held lots of client’s hands buying houses, but even in the most competitive markets we have successfully negotiated to win with a bid. Our work ethic is unbeatable, and we will pour our time, hearts, and souls into the client’s dream outcome, whether they are selling or buying a home.
