In addition, Mr. Kane is President of Coldwell Banker Commercial West. Mr. Kane is also Executive Sales Director of Coldwell Banker West in Rancho Santa Fe in which he is a top residential and commercial specialist. He is in the top 3% of all agents in the United States having completed more than 1200 residential and commercial transactions.. Mr. Kane is a Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Property Specialist. Kane has advised many clients with Investment Opportunities with commercial and residential real estate properties throughout San Diego County and Southern California. Jeff has advised clients and completed many 1031 exchange transactions in and out of the state of California. Mr. Kane is currently serving as Vice-Chairman of SanCal for the County of San Diego.
