Look no further, A+ service! I have bought and sold many properties in multiple states and I hold realtors to a high standard. Jeff was amazing to work with. He somehow managed to pull off that magical balance between being professional and being personable. He was keenly aware of deadlines, very adept with the intricacies of real estate transactions, and extremely knowledgeable with market and the vastly different neighborhoods throughout the Hampton Rhodes greater area . All while being fun, witty, easy going, and all around joy to interact with. If he can help me (an extremely picky buyer) find my dream home, he can help anyone! If I could give him 6 stars out of 5 I would.

Working with Jeff Kecskes on my condo sale was honestly the easiest real estate transaction I ever had, maybe the easiest check I have cashed. Jeff presented me with an offer that stopped all other showings and we closed in 30 days. My asking price with met and then some over asking. Noissues from start to closing day!

Buying or selling real estate in this market can be a daunting task. I had some preconceived notions about what I was getting into as I embarked on the sale of my home. I'm pleased to say Jeff made navigating these obstacles a much more bearable task. He was responsive, communicative and transparent in his actions each step of the way. The experience I had with Jeff as my real estate agent could not have gone any better than it did. Selling your home is a personal experience which can be very stressful and confusing at times. Jeff understood that and his attention to detail, concern and professionalism really helped mitigate that stress for me. He is extremely knowledgeable about real estate in general, and you can tell he enjoys what he does and takes great pride in his work in the effort he maintains for you as his client. From our very first meeting, until the day my home closed and sold officially, I knew I made the right choice in choosing him as my listing agent. I was apprehensive about selling at first and didn't believe I would be able to sell my home for what I thought it was worth. When Jeff gave me his opinion, backed up with facts and data he procured for me, and recommended a listing price I really thought he was off base and there was no way I would be able to sell my home for that amount. I couldn't have been more wrong. Within an hour of listing my home there was significant interest. I received multiple full price offers the same day and ultimately settled on a price ABOVE LISTING price the next day, much to my surprise and delight. One thing, among many, that really stood out to me was his honesty and loyalty to me as his client. He gave me the "sales pitch" in the beginning about "working for me" and "loyalty" and all of the typical jargon you know you will hear but never expect to be actually delivered. However, in my case, Jeff really delivered on those promises multiple times for me, and I couldn't be more satisfied. There were a few "unique situations" that popped up unexpectedly at the very end of the process that had me beyond stressed out and really concerned about closing the deal. Jeff sensed my concern and did everything in his power to ease my worries and explain every step moving forward and explain in detail how we would solve these unexpected problems that arose at no fault of our own, or anybody's fault for that matter, just typical last minute situations that can present themselves when you are dealing with something as big as home sale or purchase. He even made suggestions that would ultimately lead to him making less of a net profit on his commission to save me money and gain me profit, which really proved to me he had my best interest at heart and once again delivering on the ethical promises made. I will highly recommend Jeff to any friends or family in the market for a real estate agent. I know he will be my real estate agent for life.
