Jeff Kreinbring

Jeff grew up on a dairy farm in Brush Prairie, Washington and graduated from Battle Ground High School. He paid for college by working in construction and earned a degree from Western Washington University. After graduation, he and WWU graduate Gail Patterson were married. Jeff then became a United States Marine Corps pilot, qualified in both airplanes and helicopters. He and Gail began investing in real estate in 1978 with a land purchase on Orcas Island. They bought their first home in 1980 and their first rental house in 1982. Jeff became a realtor in 1986 and Gail became a realtor in 1992. They both are Graduates of the Realtor Institute (GRI) and have been designated as Accredited Buyer's Representatives (ABR), Certified Residential Specialists (CRS), and Certified Negotiation Experts (CNE). Less than 5% of all Realtors have all 4 designations. Together, Jeff & Gail have over 60 years as licensed brokers and have helped hundreds of people buy and sell real estate.
