I found Jeff through Trulia/Zillow a few years ago.

What is Jeff even good at? Trick question, literally EVERYTHING.

Jeff is amazing! A genuine, honest and hard working person that was a man of his word. The selling process with Jeff was smoother than a slip n' slide doused in Dawn soap on a hot summer day. Even though I personally had a lot of hiccups through the years and my house wasn't ready to be sold, Jeff guided me to the path of success to perfect the sale of my home with maximum profit. There are millions of realtors out there. Sure you may think your realtor is doing a great job, but there is only one Jeff Linden. I trust him 110% in his word because I have seen him bust his tushie to get the job done not only effectively, but honestly.

Jeff is a fantastic realtor! He is very knowledgeable and professional. He is friendly and is open to questions to further educate you on your home buying experience. I met with Jeff for a brief viewing of a home he was selling. I was not interested in signing on with a realtor, just wanted to see the property. We cannot express enough how great Jeff was to work with through our home buying journey. From day one, he was available with as much or as little guidance as we wanted. When we had to delay buying for another year because of COVID, he stuck it out with us and picked right back up as soon as we were ready. He helped us with virtually every aspect from setting us up with a mortgage lender, countless tours and open houses, bidding wars, even set up our home inspection when our offer was finally accepted, and made closing a breeze. As stressful as home buying is, we had a very good experience and Jeff was definitely to thank for that. We highly recommend him, especially for first time buyers!!

Jeff is absolutely the most genuine person, he has a great sense of humor, very professional and the kindest realtor I ever worked with. We me a year ago through a mutual aquaintance that was a client of his. Once I decided to sell my home, I never looked back and I never worried about anything because Jeff was there every step of the way. He sold my house at the first open house in a matter of 6 hours. I know the market is very crazy right now but I also know that Jeff handled everything and he did really well!! I was even thrilled with the buyer, although I never met the buyer, we communicated briefly through our realtors. He's my confirmed realtor now and I highly recommend hiring Jeff. There's a certain quality a person has to have in order to make a great name for themselves. It's definitely the quality that Jeff has!

My home search started this past winter at a local coffee shop. Jeff and I met up and had that initial discussion of my wants, needs and how to achieve them. At that time my home buying ability was little to none, but Jeff took the time to show me the proper directions to head in. Over the next few months we stayed in regular contact. Checking on my status and how the market was going. As I improved my buying power we began looking at homes in earnest. Ultimately, I have bought the home of my dreams. Exactly what I wanted! Jeff was there by my side the entire time. He was able to not only help me build what I needed in-order to put the right offer together, he had my best interests in mind with every step we took toward my purchase. My wife and I were referred to Jeff through a family member and we could not have been happier with the result. We decided to place our home on the market in February of 2020. Throughout that process Jeff was in consent communication with us. Between advice on staging, helping with photos and inspections, finding the right price point to list, and working our open house among other things, Jeff always made himself available to us as first-time home sellers. Jeff’s honest approach made us feel like he was truly invested in maximizing the sale to our highest benefit. After one open house and multiple offers, we were able to sell the home and were incredibly happy with the result.
Shortly after our house was sold, Covid-19 came on strong and turned the housing market sideways. Even though the housing market was shifted to virtual, Jeff stayed as hard working as ever and presented us with many homes that met our criteria. As a family with three children under 4 years old, we were very picky to say the least. Never did we feel like Jeff was phased by our requests or questions and like a true professional he made us feel comforted when we were unsure about anything. Once we found the home that we genuinely thought could be our home for life, Jeff was on top of his game and helped us make that dream a reality. We would recommend Jeff to our friends and family 10/10 times moving forward for any real estate needs. Thank you, Jeff, for all that you did for us we are truly grateful!

My husband and I just bought our first home together and the experience was amazing. We contacted Jeff Linden on April 1st saying we wanted to start looking for houses. With our first baby currently on the way, we had every thought that this process would not be an easy one. Jeff was SO easy to work with which made our home buying experience enjoyable! He was not pushy like realtors we have dealt with in the past yet he knew exactly what we wanted and always gave us his honest opinion even if it meant we should keep looking for our forever home.
