I have been an agent here is the Portland area for almost 30 years and have dealt with many different markets during my career. I have unique experience in that prior to becoming a Realtor I was a licensed Appraiser. I know what to look for when you are trying to either buy or sell real estate. Real Estate for most of us is our largest asset, me included, we don't want to make a mistake when we are purchasing or selling. That is why I am here to help you negotiate the process.
