Kudos to Jeff McIntyre, Broker/Owner at Home Field Michigan Real Estate and his team for another job well done. Jeff always does a first-rate job whether he is acting on behalf of the seller or the buyer, and he has been on both sides of transactions for our family three times now.

The Dewey Street transaction was no different and went as expected with Jeff. And he got the sale closed in less than 30 days, with no surprises for either party.

I have thought about owning a home for months now and didn’t know where to begin. I wanted a realtor that was going to be patient and be invested with my process. Jeff McIntyre is the BEST person to go to for that. I sat in his office for over an hour getting to know him and I could tell that he truly cared about what I was looking for in a house and what area I would feel safe in. Through frustration and wanting to give up multiple times, he never gave up on me. He was always positive and very certain that I would find a house that I would enjoy living in.

Today I have closed on a house that I love and can’t wait to make mine. I want to thank Jeff and his team for all the dedication they have put in to make sure I’m happy at the end of the day.

Everything about our experience with Jeff was positive, and we felt the extra things he does to help sell your home definitely helped us sell ours the first week we had it listed. We appreciated the time Jeff took up front to do a through analysis of our home and its value. Then once we had hired Jeff, his use of a home stager and professional photographer made the listing and showing of our home spectacular! Everyone was great to work with and were very cautious and helpful during COVID. We have bought and sold other homes in Owosso, but this by far was the best experience! Jeff McIntyre and his team did an outstanding job in selling our house. Starting from the very beginning I knew we selected the right agent to sell our unique home. Jeff and eXp Realty worked with us from the start to make sure we understood how the process was going to go. They prepared us by recommending improvements that would achieve the highest listing price we desired. Not only did we succeed in selling our house for the recommended stretch listing price we also experienced the most effective, stress free process from accepted offer to close. I originally sat down with Jeff with an expectation of what I thought my house was worth and at the end he was able to get us much more. Jeff professionally explained how his team worked, explained the market trends and explored recent sales with me. At the end we had a range to pick for our listing price and Jeff made me feel confident we were on the right track for success.

Jeff’s team is magnificent. Literally, I am not exaggerating but Jeff and his team sold our house in 6 weeks, got us more than what we wanted for a listing price and we were able to just sit back and watch them all in action. Now we did have a lot of work to do to get our house ready but that was not Jeff’s fault, we been living out of town for the last year so preventative maintenance was slipping in our household. What Jeff did do for us though is provide recommendations on what to work on that would appeal to buyers. Jeff recommended a stager as well to guide us on how to decorate the final project before showing the property, Sarah was great to work with. That process made things a lot easier for us because we knew exactly what needed to be done to get the top dollar, we so desired. Once the house was ready Jeff did an outstanding job in showcasing our projects in an exceptional state of the art video photography. Jeff’s photographer did an exceptional job in catching the special images that makes our house so unique. The recommendations for pre inspection, house love letter and staging views all helped us get the top dollar we wanted.

Lastly, I can’t forget to mention Andrea, Andrea is like a huge resource that keeps you updated on a weekly basis during the lending/underwriting process. Andrea works to relieve your concerns by keeping you updated on what to expect in the week to come during the buyers lending process. I have nothing but respect for Jeff McIntyre and eXp realty, they really came through for us and someday I hope we can return the favor.

Where to start? We had started the dreaded, stressful process of house hunting over a year ago. My wife and I were at our breaking point after going through multiple realtors who continued to fall short of our expectations. We were then referred to check out Jeff McIntyre from a family friend who had used Jeff multiple times in the past. When we contracted with Jeff McIntyre of eXp Realty in Owosso, MI to sell our home we were confident that we chose the right real estate company. We appreciated his professionalism, expertise in pricing, negotiating, efficient team process, and friendliness.
