Jeff was great to work with. It was tough for my wife and I to find a house in the location we wanted with the market being so competitive and especially while moving to Washington from another state. When we finally found a house Jeff sent lots of videos/pictures and FaceTimed us to show us around the property. Once our offer was in he was persistently communicated with the selling agent to ensure that we got the house. Jeff’s communication was fantastic during the whole process and we never felt left in dark. If we ever decide to sell and purchase a new home I will definitely ask Jeff to be our agent. He even got us a house warming gift.

I worked with Jeff during my first homebuying experience, and I am so thrilled I did! I was nervous going in because I had very little knowledge about the process. Jeff was kind and patient with me as I asked a million questions along the way. He has a strong network of contractors, inspectors, loan officers, etc. which was extremely helpful. Jeff went above and beyond to make sure I got to see every house I wanted and gave me great advice about things I hadn't even thought of! Jeff was a huge help very professional and did whatever it took to get my wife and I our dream home. We are also first time home buyers and we are so happy we had Jeff there to help us and walk us through the entire process. We bought our house right when Covid hit and everything was shut down but houses were up for sale then gone like that. We found our house when it first got posted around 10pm I reached out to Jeff and boom next day I was able to go tour the house first thing in the morning. My wife and I would recommend Jeff to everyone he had all the answers for us and would reach out every day to keep us up to date and let us know what the next step was.
