Jeff Negri

Jeff has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience, serving in a variety of professional capacities as a broker, real estate executive, and commercial property appraiser in the North Bay. Jeff began his career in residential development and land acquisition, before joining Grubb & Ellis in 1987 to focus exclusively on Sonoma County commercial real estate. Jeff also has over 15 years experience in commercial property appraisal, providing valuation services to lending institutions, public agencies and commercial property owners, appraising some of the region's largest and most complex projects. Jeff also served as a real estate executive with Sprint Communications for the Sonoma/Napa region.

Jeff is a third-generation Sonoma County resident, living in Santa Rosa with his wife and three daughters
