I met Jeff by chance while viewing one of his apartment listings in NYC and I’m so glad I did. He ended up showing me numerous apartments over time, always being patient, supportive, and never pushy. Buying in a co-op was a long and sometimes stressful process, but Jeff guided me through every step with professionalism and care. Jeff was amazing. Our NYC coop had languished unsold for more than a year with another broker who only managed to bring in one lowball offer below the asking price from a candidate that the board then rejected. We were desperate to sell. We changed brokers and hired Jeff who had just sold another apartment in our building. Jeff came in, had the place photographed within a week then went through his procedures and methods and scheduled an open house. From that first open house we got two serious offers, both well above asking price. Jeff advised us on which buyer would be more likely to be approved by our coop board. That buyer was indeed approved and the deal got done in the tight time frame we needed it to. Jeff is just great at what he does, he has the experience the methods and the contacts to get the deal done.

Jeff did a fantastic job finding the perfect apartment to meet my very particular (and some would say unrealistic) specifications. He seemed to pick up on my taste very quickly and did not waste my time showing me apartments that I would not be interested in. Once we found my apartment Jeff went above and beyond the call of duty working to put the board package together while I was out of the country and handling last minute fire drills with building management and the landlord with ease. This is the fourth time I've moved in Manhattan and I've worked with a number of brokers from a number of different companies but Jeff is far and away the best I've worked with; I recommend him wholeheartedly and without reservations. A year later Jeff helped me close my purchase of the very same apt he had helped me find and rent. Again his assistance was invaluable and I could not have done it without him.

His expertise in both sales and rental helped us complete the transaction within a short amount of time. We used Jeff to sell our Brooklyn condo. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and proved to be an experienced and knowledgeable real estate professional. He initially proposed a strategy to maximize the sale prices of our condo and each of our individually deeded amenities including our cabana storage unit and parking place. We sold all of them on a timely manner for the asking price or slightly more. Jeff communicated throughout the process and provided frequent updates on what ended up being three separate transactions. Not once did we need to follow-up. We could not be more pleased with the results and highly recommend Jeff to anyone looking for a great broker.

When we first moved to New York in 2015, Jeff was recommended to me and my husband through a friend and truly we couldn't have asked for a better broker. Jeff helped us buy a condo in Williamsburg Brooklyn. We met him at one of the open houses as a sales broker while we were searching for a condo to buy. He was very informative and honest throughout the conversation, so we asked him to work with us as buyer broker. I have worked with Jeff on two occasions and look forward to working with him again, when the opportunity should arise, in the future. Jeff is straightforward, honest, goes to bat for his clients and knows what he is talking about when it comes to Real Estate- esp in NYC and the surrounding boroughs. He does the leg work before, during and follow up after something has been sold. I have felt each time (once was a brownstone & the other a coop) like I am in good hands when working with Jeff and have appreciated, in more than one instance, when he has had to get tough with buyers on my behalf- he gets the job done and is able to do so with kindness and humor.
