I'm well versed in historic homes and neighborhoods. I’ve spent over 30 years renovating residential and multi-family properties and served for a decade as a licensed home inspector in the state of Ohio, completing more than 3,000 inspections. I know what’s important in a house and a report, what’s fluff, what repairs cost, and who can get them done. That experience is invaluable to my clients.
I don’t pressure anyone into buying. I don’t need to. The only thing I ever tell clients is, “Buy them when you find them.” Recently, I showed a historic home in the Oregon District to a couple I met over two years ago. After sending them 8–12 homes that truly matched their wish list, we finally found the one. They wrote an offer the next day.
