Jeff Petitt

Born in Tampa Florida and raised in Northern Michigan, I have spent most of his life in the pursuit of real estate and the building sciences. In 1998, when out of frustration with a personal real estate purchase, I obtained my sales associates license in Michigan. In 1999 I then created a local cable television show called, “Up North Living” which highlighted lifestyle based real estate in Northern Michigan and Canada, which catapulted my career in to high gear. For the last 20+ years I've dedicated myself to Real Estate and the Building Sciences which has given me a distinct advantage over the rest of the industry.
