I was blown away by Jeff's local market knowledge and expertise. The advice he gave to prep our home for sale and the contractors he had lined up for cleaning, floor refinishing, photos, etc. were perfect. He got us an absolutely amazing price for our home. Setting the right asking price was essential and he nailed it. Jeff is a lifelong local and knows the market well. He is also very knowledgable on the finance side of the business. He's an all around amazing realtor. I'll never go to anyone else if I ever move again.

Jeff was amazing from start to finish. As first time home buyers in 2014 he really impressed us with his knowledge and made buying a house on a short sale a breeze. We loved our home and got a fantastic price! When it was time to sell, we returned to Jeff in 2022, trusting he would get us the best price for the market and he did not disappoint. Jeff was great to work with! I had a difficult condo transaction and 1031 exchange and he stayed with me to the bitter end. He connected me to the right people and checked in with me often. He went above and beyond to make sure the paperwork was done correctly and helped when we needed revisions or additional support and information. I will definitely use him again!
