I’ve been vacationing in the Pinellas County area since the early 1990’s, when visiting my brother during the baseball spring training months, where he would be working as a sports writer. It was an annual rendezvous for our family and has given us lasting memories whether on a golf course or the beach. While my career has taken me from coast to coast and 10 different states, my plan was to relocate here and become a local Realtor.
Having been a Real Estate Investor for the past 25 years, I have had extensive experience in buying, selling, renting and managing over a dozen of my own properties. From commercial to residential, I’ve owned, operated, bought, sold, profited, and most importantly, learned how it’s done!
