Jeff Serouya

After years of life and work in New York City, Jeff left the rat race of Wall Street for the simplicity of Main Street in 2002. Becoming a full-time resident of the Hudson Valley has been the most rewarding transition of his life. His many years of negotiation and deal-making in the financial markets, coupled with his belief in superlative customer service, have helped him to become the top-producing residential Realtor in Ulster County since 2015. Jeff maintains a comprehensive list of resources that he makes available to buyers and sellers, and he urges his clients to call on him whenever they need a painter, plumber, babysitter…. whatever. He has completed the Certified Residential Specialist, Accredited Buyer's Representative, and Certified New Home Specialist designations, and strive to stay informed about the ever-changing issues facing the market. He is often called on to share his knowledge and experience with newer associates as part of their in-house training program. He has been actively involved in supporting the Catskill Animal Sanctuary, Hetrick-Martin Institute, High Falls Civic Association and Rondout-Esopus Land Conservancy and spent three years on the Board of Trustees at the High Meadow School in Stone Ridge. He has renovated two historic buildings near the D&H Canal site in High Falls and launched High Falls Mercantile, an antiques and home-furnishings store in 2004. Jeff enjoys cooking, baking, interior design, rescuing animals in need, and spending time with his husband Larry and Olivier, their cat.
