I grew up in Indiana where I learned the value of hard work. Over the last 23 years in real estate, through new home construction and residential resale, I have transacted over 1,000 homes to buyers and sellers and I have supervised and brokered over 25,000 transactions. I have done all of this in the Phoenix metorplex. I specialize in helping clients net the most amount of money and I take the stress off of their plate! I do this by being an expert on the residential contract and negotiations and by having a strong network of agents in Phoenix that trust my skills and integrity. I am also one of the best marketers you will find in this business. I understand how to leverage systems and optimize m message and my client's interests.

I also work to develop agents who are looking for options with their career and especially those who want more out of life. I bring poeple to a very powerful platform with EXP Realty, then I help them become financially free. I have been a master faculty instructor for Keller Williams International, a part owner in KW franchise, and the co-owner of an independent brokerage that I grew to 250 agents called United Brokers Group, in Chandler, Az. Now, I have nearly 200 agents in my organization at EXP Realty and I am carefully choosing my next business partners because I will pour into them. I am passionate about personal growth and I love helping agents win for their families. After over two decades of hard work in this industry, I have pretty much seen it all. Now I am equipping other strong agents to develop strong careers and a secure exit strategy.

I am also deeply involved and commited to my community! I love working with the homeless and I am also a part time pastor at my local church. I believe that we are all endowed with special gifts and it is imperative that we use those gifts for the betterment of our neighbor.
