Jeff Teeple

Growing up in a military family, Jeff was born in Virginia, but moved around quite a bit before settling in Ashland in the eighth grade.

Jeff and his wife Kim spent a year in North Carolina, but recently moved back to the area and are now happily settled in Shelby. The couple has five grown children and three dogs.

A huge sports fan, Jeff said he particularly loves the Ohio State Buckeyes and Columbus Blue Jackets. He’s also coached kids’ sports for 14 years, including Varsity bowling, T-Ball, Coach Pitch, and flag football. He’s worked in a variety of capacities as a mechanic, semi driver, tow truck driver, and dog trainer.

Jeff said he became a real estate agent after a few bad personal experiences.

“I didn’t like the way I saw other agents responding to their clients, and I wanted to do it differently,” he said. “I will not show homes at the top of your budget. I'll show you homes that match your needs."

Living everywhere from Marion to Ashland for the last 40 years, Jeff knows the area well and looks forward to helping clients find their perfect home.
