I am a realtor and real estate investor, I reside in Manchester, NH with my wife. I specialize in residential sales/purchases and in investment opportunities. I started my own brokerage this year in the hopes of establishing a business where the primary focus is my client - not the franchise owner. I have made a conscious decision to limit the number of clients I will work with to ensure I am available to be at your service whenever you - and your potential buyer/seller - call on me. You will soon discover that quality service is my top priority! I am an alumnus of Bowdoin College (BA) and The Johns Hopkins University (MPP). I'm a former Town Manager, law firm manager, financial services company manager, and professional negotiator. In my various professional capacities I have lived throughout the state since 1985, from Hampton to Groveton and several places in between.
